Motherboard faulty

Dear sir,

i buy a machine on 25th dec.there motherboard is intel 101DG.

But before two month i found a LAN problem in my motherboard. For that purpose whenever i contact to the my retailer (VINCOM SYSTEM, NAGPUR) They said you have charge 600rs.

But when i contact to the Intel they told me no charges for replacement. Then i sent my motherboard only for LAN problem but they return my motheboard because they say ram slot is burnt.and its physical damage we are not replace physical damage motherboard.but how is happend i dont no..whenever i sent my motherboard that time only one problem i face.

Then i talk to company for repairing the company havnt any repairing center in india..

as per company mean throw this motherboard... to the dust bin..

suggest me.
