Intel motheroard replacement warrenty procedure

Sir/Madam,

I purchased intel D946GZIS // LAIS64200CY5 AA D66165-302 motherboard on 11/6/07 from Challenger Technologies. Off. No. 2, Gr. Floor, Kamat Bldg., Tara Temple Lane, Lamington Road, Grant road (E) Mumbai - 7, Tel 23890 0181. It is in warrenty priod, I have no audio problem with this motherboard, as per instruction from diler I mail apacsupport@mailbox.intel for warrenty. they reply it, with

Fault Description: No Audio

I also chat with their custer support eng. Mr. Prabhu

he gives all the instruction that normal cansumer can not handle, he required Processor discription & Ram friquency, for the mother board issue.

after chat with him third time he give order no. Order Number: 1001970272 Order Date: 27-04 to me & service center address in Mumbai

I visit the service center. they told track cut problem were we fit the screw. but I can not see any crack on my mother board.

Intel service center procedure: just tell the custer there is any track cut while removing the motherboard . so it is physical damage, not covered in warrent & send back the customer

Please do something, they just fulish the customer about warrenty
