Motherboard became unserviceable within warranty period

Hi,

I am an Indian Air Force officer who bought your company's Motherboard and processor last year.

The motherboard has become unserviceable and is not giving an output. The details of the product are as follows:

Model no.- DG31GL (make Intel)

Serial no.- BTGL82000FF5

Bar Code no- AAE33912-200

As all my work is computerized, i am having trouble in smooth operations of my day to day job. I will be glad if you can come back to me guiding me the action i have to initiate to get my motherboard changed.
