Motherboard Not Working Properly

I have purchased a desktop Motherboard of INTEL COMPANY (model no. D945GCLF’’; Sr. No AZLF92100HNA; Part No AA E27042-405) in September. under three years warranty. Now in November after two month, a problem comes in the motherboard—“Operating system working properly, when i formatted pc, but after when i restarted pc again its hangout. display only welcome screen.& also when i attached DVD-WRITTER its hangout again.and intel chip overly heated.

Please reply, what I do?
