Case Registration for Replacement of Motherboard

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a desktop Motherboard (Model No. D 945 GCCRL, SL No. BTCR71300E15) of INTEL COMPANY on 26.05.2007 from M/S SABOO COMPUTERS PVT.LTD (KOLKATA) under three years warranty. Now in August a problem comes in the motherboard—“System booting, proper display but not able to install operating system”.Now I am facing many problem from this motherboard, So my request to you that please tell me the wright way to solved my problem, Because Saboo Computers told me you contact in this mail ID they give you the proper way, So I need your help.
