Unable to enter BIOS setup, non response of 5.1 channel audio, non-response of Keyboards

I have purchased a Intel Make Motherboard DG33FBC bearing Serial No. USFB810033Y on 10.07.2008 from Balaji Solutions Limited, 19, R.N. Mukherjee Road, Kolkata-700 001, West Bengal vide Invoice No.: E0108PSI012115 along with Intel Processor and other items. After some days the mother board was giving trouble like unable to enter BIOS setup, non-recognition of keyboard, non-response of 5.1 channel audio etc. Now the aforesaid M/B is totally non-functional.

In this situation, I like to replace it as it is on warranty period and all the purchase documents are having with me.

Kindly advice me in which place I can replace/repair this item in Kolkata, Burdwan or Birbhum District.
