Processor or fan overheating

After running the computer my system was automatically off directly when i start again its show on the screec "The computer was previously Shut Down due to Thermal Event (Overheating). This is happen every time. When i change the processor with other processor then this is not happen. I connect my processor and fan to other computer than the same thing is happen to that computer. My Processor fan is not working properly. Please change my product as soon as possible.
