Auto Rickshwa charging hefty fare in Navi Mumbai

Dear Sir,

I am living in Koperkhairane Sector-1 (Land Mark - Near Aadarshh Restaurant). My daily travel is from Residence to Mahape. I take the Auto Rickshaws from the stand which are just below my house. The metered fare is 20 Rs. but the rickshawalas charge a hefty 30 Rs or 40 Rs or more than that. They dont listen if a person doesnt pay it to them. Kindly look into this matter.
