Not ejection of DVD tray

Order No.701498304 - sub order No.71548819 dt/10.8.2009 - Upon receipt of the ordered goods, it was found that the dvd tray was not opening. Hence the complaint was lodged and my complaint no is 180909839 dt/23/809 requesting for free replacement of defective dvd player received from you. I was asked to send the defective item through TNT courier. Accordingly, the defective goods was sent TNT's GR No. DO111352 540 WW on 05.09.2009 to the company viz: M/s. Intex Technology Ltd., Okla Indl Area, Phone II New Delhi. Howe ver till date neither I have received a replacment nor heared anything from Home Shop 18. It is therefore requested to immediately send free replacement of Intel DVD Player without further delay and communicate me the cargo receipt details per return of post.
