Not received my PF amount

I had worked with above mentioned company Emp. id-46224 from feb to march. My Pf A/c no. is PF/46224.i had applied for my PF amt. in the month of April 08. But Still i had not recived my amt. as per govt. rule i have to get my amt. with in 45 working days from the date i applied the PF amt. But till now 1year 5month have gone.but No, implication had been taken.please help my out.
