No service, repair, replacement even during warranty period

Sir i had purchased a pc unit firom intelenet infotech ltd.on 1-2. the monitor screen developed a problem and got white lines in 34th of t screen, after repeated calls they sent a person supposedly from samsung.. who said that as this monitor is from grey mkt i'll have to pay for the repair andsamsung will not take any guarantee..till today they have not responded and meanwhile even Ram spoilt .. i sent them a complaint thro reg post which they did not take and i have that cover unopened with me..kindly let me know ofn earby forum office where i can explain and show them the detail..
