Non Return by Delear COMPUTER WORLD-RAJKOT

Dear sir/ Medam,

My intel mother board is not returned by the delear of Rajkot named COMPUTER WORLD after replacement in place Old one BY intel to him.

I have tried to approach to consumer department But unfotunately they are unable to take any action without any proof.

i have bill but not mentioned Serial no on it and that is regular practice of these types of Supplier.

in this this way he cheat me and only agree to return any of board he has after paying him 900Rs.
