Not working Intel Mother Board

Dear Sir,

I Manish Jaiswal resident of 41, Shimla Road, Vinayak Enclave, Block C 3rd floor, Kolkata had purchaed a destop computer from M/s. Shree Computers, Kolkata vide their invoice no. SC/0180/07-8 dt. 12.12.07. But within one year Intel motherboard is not fuctioning. I had given complain to M/s. Shree Computers of Kolkata on October. they find it is a genuine complain and has taken the motherboard and promise to replace it with new one within 15 days. but till now they didnt replace it and till now they didnt gave me any complain number too.

Sir, already three months has been passed, I am facing a lot of trouble as am not able to access my destop it is lying dead from last three months.

There fore I request you to be kind enough to see the matter and do the needful.
