Re-issue mother board

Dear Sir,

I have purched a intel motherboard from Computer zone at New Delhi on 13th of february.but now it is not working properly.when i start it, it is restarting regularly and all other connection is working properly. Only problem in mother board. Thats why i am facing big problem.
