Not working under warranty period

My board is under warranty and still i got a letter of no replacement under some condition which is not acceptable.

We common people are not that much tachnically sound to attend this micro level computer hardware knowlwedge and thats why we depend on this brand for better sevice for which we are paying their decided amount.

in the end i came to know that any supplier can make you full by showing any technical fault and you have to pay more bucks to local service provider.
