Fault in Mother Board

Dear Sir,

Previous 6 month I face a problem, when I turn on my pc then a message comes that

" a cheksom error is occured -

press any key to continue

a cmos battry falioured is occured

press any key to continue

a date time falioured is occured

press any key to continue "

First I change mother board battry and then it does not happen for 3 or 4 days but after that same message shows again, please tell me what should i do. this is still in warrenty period.can company able to replace it.

if you send me the solution by your kind hearted manner thaen i shall be grateful to you forever.
