No display and minor physical damage

I purchased a motherboard from Positive systems Eranakulam dated 9-5 have 3year warrenty. Now it has a minor physical damage & application problems, what I can do for correct these problems, and where do i send for servicing, in which address i want to send my motherboard. If you have any address, please send mail to me & can I correct the physical damage during warrenty period.
