Non responce of representative of airtel

I have requested for a broadband / landline connection of airtel on 23.12.2007 at 08.55 Hrs. to your representative on phone No. 01204444555 and a registration No. alloted to me as 1431706 and assured me that your representative will contact me within 48 Hrs.. After one day your one personel called me but since I was out of station, I have requested him to come on next day. Thenafter no one contacted me till now. kindly ask your service station to come at my residence at the earlist possible.
