Someone Blocking My Numbe

Dear Sir,

My mobile number is 9999392616, (Vodafone), some days before someone blocked my number, I restart my number through the help of customercare. Now I am facing the same problem again, When i clearirfy this matter with customercare they gave me two number's 9873232594, & 9899733445, who blocked my number, I am trying to call in these number's but no budy picked that number,

Because of these unknown number's still I am in a big Problem.

Please solve this as soon as possible & for any help you can call me also in my number (9999392616).
