Complaint of billing services of credit card and cancellation of the card

I PUNITA SINGH holder of citibank DINERS card no. 3670 624912 8000 would like to show my disregard towards your services. AS I donot receive credit card bills on time as also informed to your division about this problem many times but no response was given back to me. and then i m told that i owe you this much money n i donot make timely payment. i would like to in form you i m a professional person who always dnt have time to inform you about your inadequate services.

I m really fed up with your services and would like you to cancel my card no. 3670 624912 8000 with immediate effect
