Sub: Network Coverage Problem

I am one of your existing customer since few years, wide cell # 9980 328465, 9611 349646. I was very much happy with your service so far and I am not at all happy with your service now.

Since one month there is no proper network in our area where I am staying at SARJAPURA MAIN ROAD AREA. Since we are business people cell phone is an essential equipment in our day to day activities. Now it is only an luxury thing for me to carry my cell phone.

Several times I have noticed your people that, about this problem, since we are not doing fraud business we cannot change our cell number always. Since Air Tel is a famous cellular company and by the name of trust I have gone for this connection, there is nearly 5 to 6 connections in the name of me. If you people are very much specific that I should go for a other network kindly let me know by Email, since my cell is not working email is the only way to contact me.

Day by day I am getting complaints from my clients that, my Cell number is not working and also they are stamped that, I am a not an attentive person, hence I have and still loosing my business every day only because of Air Tel cellular Service.

If you people have little courtesy to listen us and solve the problem it would be a grate thing for us to get along with our business.

So kindly look into this matter and do the needful and oblige.
