Network card not working

I purchase the new intel DG31PR mother board recently

the mother board have network card problem

the network card is initially working but last moth not working the error message is network cable is unpluged.

i contact the hardware engineer he told the problem is on board network card.

us service the mother board.

so i send the complaint
