Non Receipt of Passport

I have the honour to bring to your kind notice that for an Indian Passport I submitted my application at Varanasi Office on November 14.11.2007. The file No. of the same is LKO Z882909. I have not yet received my Passport after about 10 months. In between I made requests to your good officer for the same, but niether the passport has been received to me nor any reply so far.

I therefore, request your honour to kindly issue my passport at your earliest.
