Draft making refused

Sir

I would like to bring to your notice that your la Martiniere Branch, Kolkata has a terrible attitude towards customers and behaves extremely badly. I wanted to make a draft of Rs 58, 570 which had to be broken into 2 parts. On 20th may, I went to the mentioned branch who refused flatly to make the draft saying they have no man power. On my pleading they grudgingly obliged and used bad language. i felt terrible. next day on 21st May to make the balance draft, they flatly refused. I pleaded again but they did not. I asked them to give in writing that they will not make the draft to which the officer just walked away. I was aghast, deeply humiliated and furious. I needed the draft badly that day.

I want an explanation that how could a bank behave so badly and show such attitude to a customer. I shall never ever open an account with SBI and ask people not to. I wish I could publish this story in the media. I would request you to address this problem.
