No assistance on travel vouche

I have purchased holiday voucher from india book club by paying Rs 5943 through my Credit Card, my form no. is 1915 and promo code no. UP7W7Y7RF, I was told to login to site resort-store.com I am very disappointed to find that the destination committed to me was not their I wanted to travel in india only and clearly specified it at the time of booking I was assured that I will get bookings in Mumbai, Delhi shimla Jaipur and good location in india however on login to site I could only find some location available such as Goa, ooty munnar, silvasa etc which I never wanted to visit moreover I am asked to pay some amount of 90 pounds at the time of booking and around 5-8 thousand as utility fees at the resort.

I have approached Big city call center on 080-40554850 at least not less 5 times for assistance every time I was assured that concerned dept will get back to Me on my mob no but I think they have turned their Back to me then I called on 011 47613200 they gave another number 011 40502424 twice kept me on hold for 25 and 18 mins respectively and asked me to send mail to bigcity of assistance they will help u
