I wonder if you could help me as I am not really complaining, just enquiring for an address where the authenticity of my supposed lottery win could be checked.

A couple of days ago, I received an email from the International Lottery Commission, International Promotions/ Prize Award Department, Plaza Romana Nr 19 ; Planta 5, 28011 Madrid, Spain

informing me of a win.
