International passport
Delay in issuance of Passport, Folio No. CAL-A 007592/09

Sir,

I AADHYAN BOSU, B Tech (E & C), aged about 23 years, of "Bosu-Niketan", 47, B M Mondol Road, Santoshpur, Kolkata-700 075, applied for international Passport on 29/01 with Regional Passport Office, 4, Braborne Road, Kolkata 700 001.

My Police verifications has been completed by Mr. Mondol (Full name is not known to me) at DIB Office, Kasba, KOLKATA 700 042, on 30/03.

At the time of police verifications I submitted all my requisite papers to the inspector Mr. Mondol, ie. 1) Receipt of the Passport application 2) SBI Savings A/c 3) Driving License 4) PAN Card 5) NASSCOM ID Card 6) Ration Card 7) Birth Certificate 8) ICSE Admit Card 9) INFOSYS TECH Ltd Offer Letter.

Now I like to let you know that I am a B Tech (E & C) from UPTU, Lucknow, India and being placed in INFOSYS Tech Ltd as Software Engineer. Infosys never allowed any candidate to be a confirmed staff without International Passport.

Therefore since even after more than 4 (four) months period of submitting my application I yet to get the same.

So, I would request you to advise me that how to move and what is the remedy of the same?

In this respect I like to let you know that when I am going to surf online through their website it shows "POLICE REPORT INCOMPLETE-CASE IS BEING VERIFIED". I don't know what does it mean to say and what they are verifying? since the inspector was satisfied with all the documents I submitted with him (as mentioned above).
