OUTRAGESLY CHARGED

My cell number is 98402 45752. In my recent bill July/August on 8th August I am debited a sum of Rs736/-, as Etisalat charges. I firmly confirm on that day I mistakenly taken an incoming unanimous call from India and realising my mistake I immediatly cut the call. It would have hardly taken 20 to 25 seconds, whereas I am charged for 5 minutes 27 seconds. It is really horrible and outragious. Kindly investigate the same and refund me the excess unduely charged money. Your immediate action will be very much appreciated.
