Enforced to open more accounts

Dear Concerned,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am having one saving a/c no.01151000303418 with your HDFC Bank (Branch Mall Road Amritsar). I am facing problem/incoveince/harrasment from your Branch Manager (Mr. Neeraj kaura).

I have received one letter in which i was asked to explain my trasactions and other details. I met him in personnel to Mr. Kaura with in time given by him and resolved/explained all queries raised by him.

But later on I was enforced to open other family accounts in your bank otherwise my acount will be closed. They were telling me there was some tick in your account due to which you have received this notice. We shall remove this tick from your account onlky when you will open other account of your family member.

I am surprised to knwo that Mr. Neeraj Kaura have such a unprofessional approach to ask references from existing clients or there are some policy from bank due to which they are allowed to enforced the cleints to open other accounts with this bank.

He has harrased me on this matter. I need immidate solution to this problem.
