Can I transfer my connection

Hi,

I was using Indane Gas Connection vide Consumer no. MS-12545 from Mata Sheetla Gas Service, Gurgaon. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I have not used the same connection from last 4 and half year. Now I am working in Noida and residing in Vaishali, Ghaziabad.

I want to transfer my connection. Is my connection transferable. Please reply if it is possible.
