Cheating with students

I am Devcendra kumar live in south delhi and learning spoken english from an institute name is international school of English language at madangir. i and other my batch mate has completed there two month in that institute. and we are learning well from our teacher but know institute administration is saying us that in your batch has only 7 student and we need minimum 8 student to run a batch .this thing they did not tell us at the time of joining that institute. and now they are saying that we have to cancel your batch and we will call you when the next batch will have full strength and. Other teacher will teach you all by new way. So now I just want to ask that how can I do for that because I and m, y all batch mate don’t want to learn from other teacher and how can they change or cancel our batch this is not our fault that if 8 students are not present in the classs it is totally wastage of our money and our precious time so pls guide me that what we can do in that and should we move to consumer forum or what else
