Internet banking password hack
Sume unknown hacks my password and transfer money to his account

Respected Sir,

Myself sandeep kaur is having a savings account in PNB, DMC&H, Ludhiana Branch. On 13.11. Rs. 1200/- has been transferred from my account through internet banking. While I have not transferred this amount to his account whom I don’t know. I don’t login my username & password that day or even make any ATM withdrawal from my bank account. I don’t know how this transfer has been made without my permission.

Even I have complain this to the manager also from the last 2 days. But no response towards my complain has been given to me. Now my username and password is going to be invalid too. I don’t know how he do transfer from my account as he is unknown to me. I don’t know him nor I transfer any amount to his account.

Kindly help me how can I get my refund money back.
