Status of Passport on website is not updated

Dear Sir,

I have already mailed you before about the status of my passport with file no. Z663190 & key No. 9066319008.

I have submitted the application on 5th of August 08. Police enquery has been done. But when I visited your website to confirm the status of my passport the massage displayed is File "Reference Number (CHD-Z663190-08) is either wrong or Information NOT available".

Kindly confirm the status of my passport application ASAP.
