New Brodband connction Ait Tel

I am applied the new borad band connection to Bharti Air tel Lt vide Application No.2337337 Dt.09.10.09 and also paid Rs.2750/ as an Advance for five month service Rent.but my connction is pending till date. I also complained customer care and also personly vist with office and his represantive is promissed to me that your connection is conect within two or threedays but conncetion is not connect till date.

Kindly advice to me.
