Very bad connectivity

I applied for and got a Tata Indicom surf to plug connection which is about the slowest thing on the net..it takes anywhere to an hour to connect to my mail, it hangs half way when it can't connect to the website for sending out mail and is about the worst service you can subscribe to. a complaint to them resulted in an indifferent stock answer and no improvement. In any case I can't even complaint to them about their shoddy service because their is never any comnnectivity to the server.

serious advice to other shoppers, do not touch tata indicom.
