Internet connection for Distance telcom
18th April 09 booked new internet conncetion but not yet install yet

Dear Consumer forum,

could you help me in this situations, on 18th April 09 booked new internet conncetion with distance telcom (DSA for MTNL) but not install till date at my residence address. Almost three months past, I followed up with all concern person of Distance telcom (Mustakh Khan/ Vinit / Pragya), now they are not responding at all even not picking his/ her phone (011-23237890/ 09868399499/9868399494).

See the below mail which I sent on 6th may to distance telcom even I logged complaint with consumer court. Requesting you to look into this issues.

This is too inform you that Distance telcom repersentative (Pragya & Ganesh) collected cheque no 50235502 in account of new internet connections on 18th April 09 & till date there is no connection has been installed at my residence (C-135, INA colony, New Delhi). As cummited by Pragya & Ganesh that connections sholud be installed before 27th April. Now I am chasing them since 27th April but she is not reponding on phone, some other guys picked phone (011-22040854) & taking very rudely. Then I have decide to file case in consumer court aganist Distance telcom (case ID- 180559).
