Not clear about tarrif plan

1. Still do not know about the scheme/ plan given to me. Vodafone store says only monthly rental of Rs. 500.00 to be paid as I am ONGC customer where as 55666 says Rs. 499.00 plan is given to me.

2. Service is very poor.

3. Request sent to 111 for sending monthly bill to my mail address but not activated.

4. vodafone.in/myvodafone still not working since last 3 days.
