Poor service

Hi,

We were facing a problem in the EMS unit, Got it replaced from Interpart paying for the same. Within 3 months the unit failed. They took our old EMS unit and got it repaired and placed our old unit and took the EMS unit which they had installed.

Now past 25 days our old EMS unit which was repaired has failed, the one which we purchased is also not returned by Interpart.

There is no response to the calls or mails sent to Interpart, every time we call the say we are expecting the EMS unit to come from Pune.

Could you please look imto this and do the needful
