Intex cheated the users

I have purchased the Intex mobile IN4050 2 month ago. the mobile support the 2gb memory card. during the mobile purchasing i didn't buy the memory card after few day i bought the card.

I was shocked to see that the Mobile only record the Video of 30 Sec only.when i ask the shopkeper for that he checks the manual and box and told me that i have to adjust the setting form the service center for full recording. after 2 month i got time to visit the service center the service center guy told me that it can't record more than 30sec.

my Q is this if the mobile didn't support the video recording more than 30sec then company should mention it on manual or mobile box.

i am an old user of Intex products now i really hurt by the company and decided not to purchase a single product of intex
