Intex UPS warranty

I had bought an *Intex UPS valwo 600 VA model* a year ago

*Within a year*, i faced the battery problem. despite of calling and booking my complaint on 23rd July on the customer care (02223891131). Its been a week and there is no reply from their side wereas, it should be 2 working days according to their warranty terms.

Many a times, even the phone is not busy on another call still the person on other side doesn't picks up the call even in working hours.
