More than MRP Cost

I bought a PC monitor INTEX TFT model No. IT-1709W from IBS Computer, Saraidhella-Dhanbad on 6.6.09.

They have charged Rs 6500/- for the same, whereas the carton imported in Feb shows a MRP of Rs 6000/-.They gave an discount of Rs500/- only on my 14 inch color LG monitor.

Thus Ipaid Rs 6000/- on a temp.receipt.

On enquiry the dealer instead of returning Rs500/-, behaved rudely.

Would you resolve my problem or should I go for other remedial measures?

Please arrange for return of Rs 500/-
