EPF Fund not received

With due respect, I, Deepak Agarwal want to inform you that my previous organization (INTEX Technologies India LTD.) deposited my EPF form in Provident fund office, EPFO, 28, Community Centre, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi-110052 on 25rd September. But till date (02/01) my Provident fund not transfer in my ICICI Bank A/C- 036801507313.

Therefore I request you please expedite the above matter as early as possible and transfer the fund in my account.
