Shares not transfer to my Account

I applied Mundra proat SEZ shares RS19000 out of it they Allot me 15 shares but the detail i mention in A/c was not right . so i send many mails to them and also attached a copy of client master. Mrs Vishali send me a mail that we accepet your request and we tranfer shares into your account with in 7 days but after one month they are not yet created i send many mails but they not reply and not created to my account plz do some thing

I have applied for MPSEZ IPO for 45 shares under application number 62613692 and 15 shares were alloted. Remaining money i.e. Rs.13200 has been received but 15 shares were not credited to my demat account Please check the status and revert as soon as possible.
