TATA Steel (Rights, CCPS & Refund) not received

This is query regarding discrepancy being faced regarding Tata Steel Rights equity and CCPS. I applied for 540 CCPS and 170 Equity for the same. While allotments have already been done, I neither received any equity nor any CCPS in his DMAT account. Moreover no refund has been

done yet. We talked so many times to your customer care representatives for some clarification but no one was able to give any answer. Hope you'll help. Below given are the details.
