I MUKESH K. KUMBHANI a shareholder of Maxwell Industries Ltd. have not got dividend for the year 2006 and 2007.

Situation/ Demate – II

I have demate account with KHANDWALA INTEGRATED FINANCIAL SERVISES PVT. LTD. in which I also hold share of Maxwell Industries Ltd. on which I still not got dividend of both the year.

I here forward you detail of this demate account with Client Master list.

As per my inquiry/ complain No. 120582 and telephonic conversation with Ms. Poonam and MR VISHAL, i take follow up since last 25days . i have forwarded documents by fax as per their requirement but i cant get any reply for them.
