KAUSHALYA INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION IPO REFUND

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

An amount of Rs.1- was deposited by me on 22-11 vide application no.11319459 for allotment of 200 shares of KIDCO. Refund order on 8-12 was sent to wrong address as informed by me at Gwaliour (Madhayapradesh) instead of sending it at my residential address as per record of my DP No. mentioned in application.

On 3-2 Intime Spectrum registry ltd. asked me to furnish the details of applications through E-mail for issue of fresh cheque/RO in lieu of sending at wrong address one which will be issued in next 8-10 days. The same was provided through E-mail as required. The validity of Cheque /RO has also been expired after expiry of 3 months of issue no fresh refund has been issued to me so far.

Instead of isue a fresh cheque the registrar is again and again singing the song of sending it at wrong address which shows the financialy harasment of me.

You are, therefore, requested to kindly take necessary action in this regard and direct the company to issue RO with interest to me.
