Pending refund of shares since one and half yea

R/Sir, Madam

I have applied for shares of Edelweiss Capital ltd. vide Application No. 61956387 dated 20.11.2007 in the name of myself Abhishek R/o Satish Electric Works, Naya Bazar, Bhiwani-127021. Against this I have alloted 8 Shares and balance amount of Rs.92400/- on A/c of refund due have not received by me till today. I have wrote many reminders to co. & Registrar. But Registrar said that they have send that refund to any wrong person and they are trying to get the funds from that person and after receiveing the funds from that only they will send me refund. But I am bearing financial loss as well as mentally burden since last above one and half year. I request you to help me and do needful to solve my matter. I shall be grateful
