Non Refund of IPO Application Money

I had applied for 225 shares in the IPO of Mundra Port. My application no. is 57943464, Chq no. 042836 drawn on Canara Bank, Mumbai.

I have not received any refund nor is there any share allottment.

Kindly look into the matter and refund my money asap.

Also there is no reply on the emails sent to intime Spectrum Registry nor are any phone calls answered by them. Is there any turn around time to be followed by registries or any penalty levied on them for not addressing consumer complaints? Are investors entitled to interest for delay in refund.
