Non receipt of refund of IPO

Very aggrieved, I am submitting my complaint after three emails and one fax sent to the company regarding non-receipt of refund of IPO of Mundra Port. I had applied fo 105 share of Mundra POrt and SEZ Ltd. and Rs 46000 were paid by me through DD for the same. Till date i have not received the refund. Details of the same are as follows
