Non Receipt of Refund order and shares

From more than a month, I am with continuous follow up for my refund order & shares, of both MUNDRA PORT & SEZ & EDELWEISS CAPITAL.

But i didnt get my refund order or shares for my both the IPO's.

I think there intention is not good for my fund and shares. I borrow money on loan from relative and able to pass my primary requirements.

Kindly help me in getting back my money with interest and with all the expense i incurred in communicating them.
